PDF Print Communications, Signal Hill, CA, announced that it has acquired the assets of Quick Tech Business Forms Inc., Springboro, Ohio, known in the industry as Quick Tech Graphics LLC.
“The acquisition expands our reach in the Northeast market, and expands our product line with additional long run roll-to-roll and roll-to-sheet capabilities,” said PDF Print Communications Inc. CEO Kevin Mullaney. “Quick Tech Business Forms was founded in September 1990 to exclusively serve the trade business document market. We are excited to have [general manager] Kevin Gilliam and his team as part of the growing PDF family.”
Financial details of the deal were not disclosed at this time.
